EL ROSARIO
Finca El Rosario is located in Chimaltenango, Guatemala, at an altitude of 1,650 masl.. What first started as a blackberry and raspberry plantation, now also shelters some of the most exquisit coffees of Guatemala.

Meet Francisco Quezada Montenegro
In 1993 the family Montenegro decided to buy this farm with the solemn purpose of planting blackberry and raspberry. When Francisco started to manage the Farm, he saw the potential to use this very fertile soil as a perfect spot for planting some of his more extravagant and funky coffees.

What’s special?
El Rosario only produces special Micro Lots and concentrates on speciality coffee, well selected and carefully processed. Francisco is choosing the perfect spots for each variety right next to the raspberry and blackberry fields.
